Dr Siddiqui is one of the Doctors&Co. highly qualified and experienced medical professionals.
Dr Roshini Gannoruwa completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2006 in Sri Lanka.
Dr Chakraborty is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Fariha Irshad – FRACGP and DRANZCOG Adv GP Obstetrics/Gynae expertise.
Dr Kazi obtained her GP Fellowship from the Royal College of General Practices (FRACGP) in 2020.

Billing Policy
WE HAVE REVERTED TO BULK BILLING FOR ALL PATIENTS AT THE CLINIC.
*Important Notice
Dr Gannoruwa will be transitioning to Mixed Billing from 12th March 2024. Bulk Billing will be available for children <18 years old, and healthcare card/pension card concession holders.
*All Workcover and TAC patients must pay on the day until their insurer provides a claim number to the practice.
*Other out-of-pocket fees might be applicable to:

Transfer of History*Late attendance, Cancellation & Fail to Attend Policy
If you are late to your appointment, fail to attend or cancel within 2 hours of the booked appointment schedule, this will attract an out of pocket $50.00 cancellation fee for standard appointments or $100 for procedure appointments, to be paid on the day or prior to the following visit.
By providing notice, you are allowing another patient to receive the quality care that they need from our busy clinic.

We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Your medical record is a confidential document, and our clinic is equipped to protect that information. Our stringent practice policy means we always maintain the security of personal health data and ensure that it is only available to authorised staff. For the continuing management of our patient’s health, we utilise a systematic reminder system to provide health promotion, preventative care and early detection of disease.
